Why is it that our pets need to get vaccinated almost every year? Humans certainly don’t need to do this except for the flu shot which is a different situation… It seems to me that immunological memory should exist in cats and dogs too.

I was just wondering how many others that were out there who spoiled their pets rotten. We have 2 dogs and they totally don’t think they are animals. They are always indoors, sleep on the beds with my kids, and eat real people too ( thanks to my baby. ) Was just curious…I know we aren’t the only ones who do this.
