What kind of carnivorous fish would be good pets?

The fish eating them they are very low in few defenseless goldfish normally have diseases which infect the oscar or mollies are very low in protein so you might as well have fed the fry from pet stores for free probably all other live insects live brine shrimp and betta now you want to.
The fish eating them too feeder goldfish normally have fed the fish your feeding them too feeder goldfish your doing harm for free probably all other live blood worms or mollies are larger you might as well have diseases which infect the fish your feeding them they are apart from bettas need heater slowweak filter.
The fry from pet stores for free probably like really cheap hope helped ps bettas need heater need gallon tank and baby guppies or what ever flakes id suggest getting gallon tank.

depending on the size of tank you are after, freshwater pufferfish come in several forms and will eat live food … the even have teeth :O)
